1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and casini ("the Platform", "we", "us"). casini reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account restriction or closure.

3 Account Registration and KYC

You may register one account at casini. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstance. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.

casini requires identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before any withdrawal can be processed. KYC verification involves:

• Submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's licence, SSS, UMID, or PRC)
• Photo or selfie verification confirming the ID belongs to you
• Verification of the mobile number linked to your account via OTP

All information provided during registration and KYC must be truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your casini login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes delivered to your registered mobile number. Do not share these with any other person.

7 Promotions and Bonuses

casini may offer promotions, bonuses, or cashback arrangements from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions that apply to all promotional activity include:

• Promotions are only available to eligible, verified accounts in good standing.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on casini and may result in immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false information during registration or KYC
• Using another person's identity or payment account
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes

9 Account Suspension and Closure

• The account has been inactive for an extended period

Where an account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, we will make reasonable efforts to return verified balances to the account holder through their registered withdrawal method.

10 Limitation of Liability
